the location was perfect, with easy access to public transport to explore the island of Zante or catch a ride to the nearby beaches. the room was clean and tidy, with a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had plenty of options to start the day. the pool and bar facilities were also well-managed and offered a good break between activities.
The lunch and dinner menus were limited, and some of the food didn't quite meet the culinary standards.

Despite the fact that the hotel is very large, its divided to several buildings and a few terraces between them, so you can find enough place to sit or sunbathe or to sit aside in the evening.
I would suggest to improve the computer that is available next to the bar (iternet connection was slow).

Gorgeous views and friendly staff
The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the best things about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay a very enjoyable one. Another positive aspect was a great location within walking distance to the town and other local attractions.
The hotel was in need of some updating. The rooms were worn out, and the balcony was a bit disappointing.

The view from the room and restaurant was breathtaking. the room was clean and cozy. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants.
The food at the hotel was not great, with a limited selection. the staff was sometimes unresponsive and unhelpful.

We had a great experience at the hotel. We enjoyed relaxing by the various pools and using the nearby food kitchens. The staff were friendly and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. Our sea view room was lovely, and it was nice to be able to check in early. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily access shops and the beach.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
